TEAM LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS

Objectives

The course aims to sharpen participants' skills in leading teams and in managing working relationships with their team members to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.

Schedule and format

Comprising two full-day training, the course is to be delivered through classroom lectures supplemented with a range of interactive exercises/activities (e.g. presentations, role plays, case studies, group discussions).

On the schedule, training will normally be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break and one 15-minute break in the morning and another in the afternoon.

The medium of instruction (including training notes and other reference materials) may be in Chinese (Cantonese) or English where it is deemed appropriate.
